We’re currently looking for a Governance, Risk ve Compliance Specialist

The requirements for the successful candidate are:

·        Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the pharmaceutical sector

·        Previous experience of IT concepts, processes, organization and analysis methods

·        Knowledge in IT governance, risk, compliance or audit areas

·        Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection principles and practices

·        Experience with key risk indicators and technology risk reporting will be a plus

·        Having project management skills and experience with project governance will be a plus

·        ISO27001LA certification will be a plus

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Turkish and English

The key duties of the successful candidate are:

·        Play a key role for implementing the Organization's GRC Framework

·        Assist in identifying and assessing IT risks the entity is exposed to according to the Organization’s Risk Management Framework

·        Support end-to-end coordination of external, regulatory and internal IT audits

·        Maintain and improve the IT compliance and monitor-follow up the timely closure of gaps

·        Provide support in the execution of the Organization's Project Management Framework

·        Support IT staff training on IT risk management, governance and compliance

·        Conduct risk assessments by identifying and analyzing IT and Security risks

·        Ensure proper awareness of the GRC framework for all IT teams
