We are looking for a Financial Controller for R&D Center to our business partner operating in the renewable energy sector which we are consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Business administration responsibilities of R&D Center and office

•R&D center corporate tax & personnel incentives reporting

•R&D Center project hour reporting

•Point of contact with Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Treasury, Accounting, Customs, and HR.

•Controlling P&L, controlling budget, project hours reporting & monthly invoicing of R&D Center

•Support management in relevant controlling tasks on request

•Regular reporting of major business figures to management of subdivisions.

•Budget responsibility for the assigned cost center.

•Handling of special controlling topics (e.g. Internal Controls, Cost Allocation, Asset Management)

•Detailed deviation analysis incl. preparation of presentations and decision memos for  management of divisions and subdivisions.

•Preparation and editing of monthly and quarterly reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•You have an education within Economics, Business Administration or Finance.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, projects execution and/or foreign trade businesses

•Knowledge of local regulations, general foreign trade rules, basic accounting rules (local GAAP, IFRS) and R&D Center regulations

•You have a structured approach to your assignments and are able to handle project changes occurring in a dynamic Project environment

•You possess strong communication and English skills, both orally and in writing

•You possess high analytical skills and a structural way of working

•You are able to keep a holistic overview of projects, without missing the important details

•You thrive in a multi-cultural environment and you are familiar with working in large matrix organizations

•You have excellent practical and people management skills, strong communication skills and can interface with numerous parties

•SAP S/4HANA knowledge and Ms Office Skills (especially Excel and data mining skills)

•High skilled using Excel and Power Point mainly

•Strong coordination and communication skills

•Result orientation with strong analytical thinking

•Power BI knowledge and data visualization is plus
