We are looking for a “Sales Manager” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields,
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, familiar with hotel management systems,
  
• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Strong problem-solving abilities,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives,
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients,
• Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to optimize sales efforts,
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments,
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics,
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
