What you will do:

• Perform monthly and annually financial consolidation and financial reports (PL & BS) for several entities for multiple countries in Europe, Asia, and US under observing IFRS requirements
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and controlling to provide feedback for accurate statutory reporting under IFRS accounting basics to senior management
• Customer relationships improvement, detailed analysis on Accounts Receivable, Revenue, Billing analysis on transaction level
• Present monthly actual reporting findings with senior management in a structural way
• Assist and document during implementation of new financial processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis
• Support internal control and external year-end group audit processes
• Manage and execute payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Negotiate credit availabilities with various banks, perform accurate reporting and follow-up on bank credits in collaboration with cross-functional teams both within the company and with the banks
• Provide training and support cross-functional teams within the company for new processes
• Ad-hoc finance transformation process execution for successful share service center setup
  
  

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a global company
• Advance level of speaking, writing, and presenting skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a big data science curiosity
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis software (e.g., Power tools, Basic knowledge of coding, Infor, Jedox)
• Knowledge of basics IFRS and Turkish GAAP
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
