AKG Turkey is one of the 12 production facilities of the AKG Group located in 7 countries.This journey, which first started with the opening of a sales office in Turkey in 1996, continues with more solid and confident steps with the establishment of the production facility in Izmir - Kemalpaşa in 2011.Our factory, which is established on an area of 57 thousand square meters, 17,500 square meters of which is closed, has product groups such as oil and air coolers, radiators, condensers, copper-brass and aluminum coolers.In addition to our standard cooler products, as AKG Turkey, we offer high performance cooler solutions (OEM) that we have specially developed for our customers.We're looking for a new Method Engineer to our Manufacturing Engineering department.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering, 

·        Business proficiency level in English (verbal and written) (German is preferred),

·        Advanced verbal communication skills,

·        Problem solving/ technical understanding,

·        Good analytical and organizational skills,

·        Actively using CAD programs (e.g Autocad or Solidworks),

·        Good command of Microsoft Excel and SAP,

·        Resolving problems in an efficient manner,

·        Result oriented, positive and energetic,

·        Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills,

·        Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal skills.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Preparation of production documents/ SAP-screens and standardization activities (MBOM, labor times, routings, work instructions etc),

·        Following and ensuring ECM process correctly,

·        Designing and drawing of the necessary apparatus, fixtures, tools, machines etc. equipment in line with the production needs according to the ergonomic rules and efficiency criteria,

·         Ensuring that the acceptance of equipment such as apparatus, fixtures, machines etc. are done correctly,

·        Drawing and updating plant layout regularly,

·        Defining the correct packaging methods and designing packages accordingly,

·        Checking and correcting BOM accuracy,

·        Checking the accuracy of the technical drawings,

·        Ensuring that time studies are carried out in certain periods.
