QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in export sales management.
  • Excellent knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Russian/Spanish and additional languages is a plus.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's export sales.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with international customers.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the export sales process and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budget utilization, and market analysis.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
