This role will be expected to relocate to the United States on a sponsored visa after one year of training and hands-on working at ourTurkey Arvato facility. Candidates for this role must be willing to relocate to anyArvato site in the United States after one year.

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in an automated fulfillment or logistics environment with experience in facility layouts, time studies, and design of kitting or automated assembly lines,
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience,
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the US, with potential for international travel, if needed,
• Basic knowledge in ERP system, preferable SAP,
• Experience in big data tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI or SAP BO AutoCAD experience required.

• Establish and plan budgeting investments and project costs,
• Understanding and developing layout,
• Project planning for timelines and milestones,
• Plan and budget logistics concepts with a focus on warehousing,
• Will run precise structural data analyses and be responsible for material flow and space planning,
• Will draft innovative automation solutions,
• Will assume responsibility for the realization of the planned logistics concepts, including project management and budget controlling,
• Will play an active part in international projects and quickly take on responsibility for (sub-)projects.
