ASAŞ operates in Aluminum Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminum Flat Products, PVC Profile, and Shutter production facilities covering a total area of 1.000.000 m², with 400,000 m² of closed space, in its Akyazı and Karapürçek campuses, providing services to its customers.

We are looking for a teammate to work as a "Learning and Development Specialist" to be assigned within the Human Resources Organizational Development organization at our Sakarya/Akyazı factory location.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Analyse the training and development needs of all employees to determine organizational, professional and personal training necessities and creating L&D plan
• Planning and organizing internal & external soft skill, technical and legal trainings
• Managing L&D budget
• Making necessary improvements through the new L&D trends to ensure sustainability of training culture
• Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of the employees
• Research, organize and implement training aimed at improving the basic, functional and leadership competencies of the employees and be responsible for the measurement-evaluation and reporting processes
• Develop, implement, and follow up on measurement and evaluation tools that will be used to evaluate and develop training programs
• Delivery of orientation trainings and some internal soft-skill trainings
• Learning analytics to improve companies learning culture
• Conduct, develop and report on the results of development solutions offered through the e-learning system
