BRF Banvit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, and related legal fields. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can lead and coordinate legal projects, manage corporate documentation, and provide comprehensive legal support to our business units.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Lead and coordinate legal projects for BRF Banvit and its subsidiaries.
• Manage, draft, and coordinate corporate documents, including Board & Committee resolutions, Technical Notes, and General Assemblies.
• Act as the Company Secretary of Banvit.
• Assist business units with matters related to corporate governance, corporate law, commercial law, and Capital Markets law.
• Draft and review corporate norms and policies of BRF and Banvit.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, legal documents, registrations, and licenses, ensuring technical and legal compliance.
• Coordinate external lawyers providing legal services for the company.
• Provide legal training to Banvit business units on corporate governance, corporate law, and related policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• 5-8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and Capital Markets law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
