REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Maintenance.
• English : Minimum Intermediate Level
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word);
• Strong Management and Leadership skills.

• Proactive, take initiative
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources
• Strong knowledge on maintenance of industrial equipment,
• Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective);
• Understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Experienced in maintenance of steam boilers and equipment.
• PLC & Automation knowledge is preferred.
• Flexibility in working hours and different shifts
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good ability to work under pressure
• Planning & coordination with multicultural environment
• Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity
• Willing to Live in Elazığ.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

·       Monitor daily the execution of the scheduled activities resulting from the Maintenance plans;

·       Manage people in the functions of the area, carry out individual performance evaluation and leadership in the day to day;

·       Attracting, developing and retaining talents in the areas of Maintenance;

·       Develop in each maintainer the attitudes and culture of proactive maintenance, seeking a greater reliability in the equipment;

·       Manage the field maintenance team with the follow responsibilities:

·       Guarantee the integrity of the assets (equipment and facilities) preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions;

·       Manage the maintenance cost of the area

·       Responsible for the maintenance availability of the area;

·       Training all the team about the standards maintenance;

·       Implement maintenance routines in your area of responsibility;

·       Guarantee the compliance with the safety and environment standards (HSE);

·       Manage maintenance performance indicators (KPIs);

·       Control the tools, equipment, instruments and devices for Maintenance

·       Comply with corporate maintenance guidelines;

·       Guarantee in the unit the implementation and adhesion to the maintenance standards;

·       Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures

·       Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems

·       Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures

·       Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety

·       Assist with the preparation of risk assessments

·       Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.

·       Guarantee the compliance with the quality and food safety management systems’ standards;

·       Ensure compliance with the halal and special customer requirements;

·       Ensure compliance with the legal requirements established in the company's determinations.
