REQUIREMENT

• Minimum University degree
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office program
• Strong work disciplined, well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines
• Experience in same position is preferred.
• High motivated, able to work under fast and dynamic work schedule, ability multi-task and effectively time management ability
• Able to take responsibility and good at team work
• Excellent communication, negotiation,problem solver and ability to organize work schedule
• Knowledge Dutch, French or German language is preffered
• No restriction to travel abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• High and effective communication with the customers at abroad
• Following orders and sample process from the beginning to the shipment. Pay attention details at each step and finalizing the whole process.
• Ability to follow up sample, approval and testing process of order according to the customer demand and inform the related department to make the orders to be shipped on time
• Highly motivated to increase customer satisfaction and offer suggestion to management to provide better service
• Good at controlling the purchased products from the suppliers, paying attention to details and make it sustainable at work flow
