QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your role in our team;

Exploring the market, approaching new clients

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with clients

Handling and construing customer requirements

Preparing quotations

Negotiating tender and contract terms with Clients

Verifying and negotiating terms and conditions for Berrmak’s benefit

Negotiating and closing sales deals

Administering client accounts

Analyzing costs and sales

Preparing reports for Management

Meeting sales targets

Recording and maintaining client contact data

Coordinating sales projects with the team

Liaising with design team

Supporting marketing team

Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Preparing technical presentations and presenting them to Management and Clients

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product tutoring

Liaising with other members of the sales team and project teams

Solving client problems

Having an active role in process design works

Business development activities throughout the Sales and Marketing department

 Within the context of the main responsibilities and accountabilities of the role, the employee is expected to demonstrate the following capabilities:

-Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

-Personal commitment to excellent customer service.

-A successful track record in setting priorities, managing work demands and evaluating progress while remaining responsive to changing priorities.

-Uses initiative to develop new approaches and achieve high performance outcomes.

-Works well in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team.

-Fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

-AutoCAD and Solidwork knowledge is a plus

-Technical and marketing presentation skills

-High level of competence in spoken and written English language skills.

-Extensive experience with customer relationship management and dealing with both commercial and technical aspects of project sales.

-A qualification relevant to the work of “Sales and Marketing Manager” will be highly regarded.

-At least 5 years of management experience in sales

-Preffered graduation fields are Industrial Engineering, relevant disciplines
