Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering Change Management Responsible to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing engineering change management (ECM) processes, creating material master data, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments and international teams. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP and SAP toolsets, and the ability to mentor and train colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Master Data Management: Create material master data in SAP, including defining material types, statuses, definitions, and numbering rules.
BOM Management: Introduce and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
Distribution List Management: Check and modify the distribution list for engineering change requests.
ECR Review: Check the content of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and communicate with change representatives when necessary.
Mentorship and Training: Mentor colleagues on the use of SAP tools and ECM toolsets. Provide training on SAP and ECM processes.
ECM KPI Follow-Up: Track and follow up on ECM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment and agreement with all stakeholders and customers in solution proposals.
KPI and KPR Definition: Define KPIs and Key Performance Results (KPRs) and mentor colleagues to improve these metrics.
International Collaboration: Cooperate and collaborate with international teams to enhance ECM processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate actions for process improvements.
SAP Key User:. Act as the SAP key user, providing expertise and support to the team

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
Proven experience in material master data management and BOM introduction in SAP.
Strong knowledge of SAP and SAP toolsets.
Excellent mentoring and training skills.
Ability to follow up on KPIs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
Experience in defining and improving KPIs and KPRs.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
