Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Documentation Author to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing technical documentation, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and standardization of all documents.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Documentation Planning: Plan and organize the creation of technical documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information is provided.
Document Creation: Establish and manage documents using TIM Info Manager tool, Adobe Frame maker, Adobe Illustrator ensuring all necessary details are included and up to date.
Translation Management: Initiate and manage the translation process for documentation as required.
External Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies for documentation tasks, including cost estimation and invoice verification.
Technical Reviews: Organize and conduct technical checks in collaboration with Project Managers (PjMs) and development engineers to ensure document accuracy.
Market Approval: Obtain necessary approvals from the market for technical documents.
Document Release: Release documents following market approval and ensure they are correctly implemented via TIM Info Manager tool.
ISIR Process Coordination: Manage the Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) process and handle Sample Approval Form approvals.
Budget Management: Plan and control the budget for documentation projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
Standardization: Ensure the standardization of all technical documents to maintain consistency and quality.
Digitalization Efforts: Lead digitalization projects, including Doc 4.0, video shooting, coordinating with agencies, and aligning with customers.
Implementation: Oversee the implementation of documents through TIM Info Manager tool to ensure they are accessible and used effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Industrial Design or Graphical Design or similar departments.
Proven experience in technical documentation planning and management.
Proficiency in using TIM Info Manager or similar documentation creation / management systems.
Strong coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with translation management and working with external documentation agencies.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
Ability to manage budget planning and control effectively.
Experience with digitalization initiatives and video documentation.
