The Role :

• Leadership : Develop and implement a long-term growth strategy to expand our ocean freight forwarding portfolio while supporting land-based cross border 3PL & 4PL solutions.
• Scope : Ocean freight forwarding portfolio of services would include not only ocean but multi-model with green logistics emphasis to be further promoted. (while supporting land-based cross border 3PL & 4PL solutions)
• Client Management : Value-added services to be maximized for gaining customer loyalty to achieve sustainable customer portfolio
• Regional Role : Regional network deployment in terms of geographical scope of services
• Value proposition : Customs regime to be complimentary part of the integrated Ocean Freight Forwarding solutions
• Strategy : Niche market concentration would be an important asset (Red-Blue Ocean meaning less saturated sub-segments / relatively protected sub-niche segments).

•  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics (a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding preferably with a focus on PRICING and Maintaining NETWORK relationship.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies in the Ocean Freight Forwarding industry.
• In-depth understanding of 3PL and 4PL logistics models and their application.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with TMS as part of integrated ERP is pre-requisite.
