We are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor who will be responsible for Occupational Health and Safety processes in our factory located in Kocaeli Dilovası-Gebkim V.Kimya Yüksek İhtisas OSB.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities / completed OHS master's degree,
• Has a class A OHS expertise certificate,
• At least 5 years of experience in very hazardous businesses,
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding Occupational Health and Safety,

Job Description

• To ensure that all activities to be carried out are carried out in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation and general occupational safety rules, to lead the fulfillment of all legal obligations, to monitor the continuity of practices,
• To follow up corrective and preventive activities regarding Occupational Health and Safety,
• Evaluating root cause analyzes and presenting solution suggestions in order to prevent work accidents and near misses from occurring again, and keeping accident statistics.
• Managing Occupational Health and Safety practices and contributing to the improvement of safety culture,
• To organize the work on identifying hazards and preparing/revising risk analyses, and to ensure the creation of action plans within the framework of the analyses,
• Conducting daily field checks and sharing findings with those in charge,
• To follow up periodic technical examinations and health screenings,
• To follow the up-to-dateness of emergency teams and plans, to organize emergency drills,
• To carry out ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System studies,To take an active role in documentation and implementation processes as an employee who is knowledgeable about Quality, OHS, SEVESO and Environmental management systems.
• Managing the OHS Budget.
