At least 3 years of administrative work experience,
Successful in tracking and completing work,
Able to use MS Office programs well,
Ability to report, make filing arrangements,
Will be responsible, careful, have a systematic analytical mindset, be investigative, follower, detail-oriented, open to innovations and result-oriented in a dynamic environment,
Having a class B driver's license and being able to drive actively,
Male candidates must have completed military service,
High verbal and written communication skills,
Able to keep up with intense work tempo,
Residing in Kartal - Pendik -Tuzla - Gebze - Darıca -Çayırova districts.
Job description;
Managing all consumable purchasing processes,
Carrying out the activities of the Administrative Affairs department within the framework of business processes, procedures and principles,
Coordinating all administrative affairs processes with relevant units,
Ensuring that the cleaning, parking, maintenance and repair needs of the buildings are met properly and on time,
Regularly monitoring issues such as general maintenance, inspection, insurance, OGS-HGS, transportmatics, fuel regarding company vehicles,
Carrying out the operation and inspection of personnel services, food, cleaning, security, secretariat, services,
Heating, cooling systems, water, electricity, gas, fixture maintenance-repair processes, warehouse equipment maintenance (Forklift, Transpallet), etc. Following infrastructure issues, troubleshooting and checking malfunctions,
Directing and managing activities related to the company's environmental order,
Conducting daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis studies regarding the ongoing process,
Carrying out transactions with public institutions and organizations related to the company,
Carrying out the work organization and supervision of the administrative affairs team,
Management and guidance of couriers working within the company
Supervising the activities of the company from which service is received, checking and approving service invoices,
Organizing the transportation of domestic and international guests and employees to the airport, carrying out personnel debits and tracking usage details, receiving the refund of the rights entrusted to the personnel who left the job.
