• University Graduate (Industrial Engineering or other elated engineering major)
• Fluent in English & in Turkish languages.
• Good at MS Office Programs.
• Familiar with Production ERP Systems.
• Have previous working experience in Supplier Management.
  
• Having a valid driving license and active driver.
• Foreign companies working experience is preferred.
• Able to travel in Turkey & abroad.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality.
• Living in Ankara. (preferably near to Sincan)
• Completed military service. (for male candidates)

Description

We are looking for Logistics and Supplier Management Engineer who will be a member of our Logistics & Supplier Management Department.

• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager finding external resources to complete the customs clearance and transportation of imported goods in the most economical way,
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the receipt and delivery of materials, to ensure the quality and quantity of the products, and deliver them to the recipient on time.
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the disposal of unqualified products, production waste and expired materials in accordance with the requirements of relevant legal documents and company management measures,
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for Ledger management of tools and transportation equipment in the warehouse to ensure that the use of tools and equipment meets the requirements,
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the regular inventory of the quantity and status of the inventory, to ensure that the inventory account is consistent with the physical object,
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the management of documents such as supplier management methods and procedures,
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for supplier qualification review, access, removal and other processes and document management.
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the management of agreements and declarations signed with suppliers.
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the management of supplier information and certificate files.
• Assists to the Department Chief and Manager for the management of supplier list, classification and evaluation documents. Assists to the Department Chief and Manager to welcome all kinds of audit (external audit, internal audit, customer audit, superior audit, etc.).
