Job Description

·       Ensure and track coordination with outsourced design and engineering teams,

·       Follow-up of application projects and tender documents,

·       Ensure the coordinated and harmonious work of structural, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, landscaping and any other necessary technical consultants (façade, lighting, traffic, etc.) together with the architectural team,

·       To be a solution partner to the project team on detail solutions during the implementation period,

·       Identifying suitable companies for the services to be outsourced, obtaining tenders, managing the contract phases,

·       Provide project status reports,

·       Identify project risks,

·       Gathering, communicating and coordinating project requirements to the appropriate people.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

·       Ability to analyze application projects and details on site

·       Minimum 15 years of experience in large scale residential projects

·       Experience in team management

·       Fluent in English

·       Ability to prepare architectural application projects, good knowledge of details, materials, and fabrication solutions

·       Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD programs

·       Strong coordination and communication skills

·       Disciplined, meticulous, and a team player
