Delta by Marriott Istanbul Kagithane hotel is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food&Beverage Supervisor to be part of a team aiming to provide the best experience for our guests. As a Food&Beverage Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure guest satisfaction in our hotel's restaurants and bars and to maximize customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to Restaurant Manager and supervise the day-to-day operations
• Initiate training for every position to enhance the consistency in service and standards
• To assist management to achieve departmental goals and total guest satisfaction
• Provide direction and support to all outlet colleagues at any time, particularly during the operational hours
• Follow side duty schedule and assure all tasks are always completed in a timely manner
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
• Checking in on dining guests to enquire about food quality and service
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience 
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Guest service oriented, fostering teamwork, and giving feedback
• Self-motivated, high energy level
• Multi-tasking, resolving conflict
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
