We are looking for a candidate to be employed in our Bozüyük factory Technical Process department as a 'Technical Process Specialist /Asst. Specialist' 

Qualifications:

-Good level of English knowledge ( Speaking,wiriting, reading),

-Good use and knowledge of MS Office programs,

- To be graduated from reputable Universities(preferably Mechanical Engineering)

Job Description:

1.      Conducting checks on work orders provided by the planning department in terms of relevant design, parameters, and materials, and approving work orders to release Production Department.

2.      Calculating the tool requirements for the respective processes based on the values specified in the work orders and communicating with the Maintenance Department for necessary actions regarding critical tools.

3.      Ensuring the availability and verification of necessary production parameters before commencing work orders in the production processes.

4.      Monitoring the suitability of process parameters during ongoing production.

5.      Timely detection and resolution of problems arising during production to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.

6.      Providing training to blue-collar personnel.

7.      Conducting process optimization studies to improve existing processes.

8.      Contributing cost-saving activities, particularly focusing on reducing cable costs and participating in cost improvement efforts.

9.      Collaborating with related departments to facilitate raw material trials and conducting production trials.

10.   Responsible for technical training for workshop operators,and make technical disclosures to employees before starting key projects.

11.   To prevent the occurrence of CV breakdown and to take preventive actions by performing root cause analysis in case it occurs.
