IDEAL PROFILE

  • Graduated from Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related departments of universities
  • At least 10 years of corporate company experience and at least 5 years of human resources experience
  • Advanced level of English (verbal + written communication)
  • To be able to use Microsoft Office programmes actively
  • Preferably with assessment centre experience
  • Preferably familiar with all HR applications
  • Successful in human relations,
  • High initiative skills,
  • High planning and organisational skills,
  • Has managerial and leadership qualities,
  • Having the ability to produce solutions to problems,
  • High negotiation and mediation skills,
  • Detailed and disciplined working skills,


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Designs, develops and implements all approaches, tools, methods, policies and processes required to achieve strategic goals within the following scope;
  1. Creation of a talent pool,
  2. Attracting and recruiting the most suitable candidates for the corporate culture and the skills required by the position,
  3. Ensuring that job descriptions are up-to-date and complete,
  4. Ensuring rapid adaptation and commitment of all new employees for the first 6 months,
  5. Ensuring that career planning, promotion / appointment / transfer processes of all employees progress effectively,
  6. Ensuring the sustainability of the company and the effective operation of the backup plan in order to achieve company targets,
  7. Providing effective support and guidance to team leaders and Digiturk employees on HR practices and processes,
  8. Optimal management of the experience of employees who decide to leave Digiturk.
  • Participates in and contributes to the design and development processes of HR projects.
  • Contributes to the effective dissemination of HR processes by providing the necessary support to Digiturk employees and leaders in coordination with the relevant team in the following processes managed by the HR Centre of Excellence and Employee Relations Team; Workforce planning, staff demand and need analyses, job evaluation and organisation change processes, wage and benefits, performance and bonus, training and development, disciplinary and warning operational processes, company-wide employee engagement studies
  • Ensures that the recruitment and talent management process is carried out in accordance with company strategies, goals and standards,
  • The team determines the objectives and ensures that the objectives are achieved, determines the necessary actions and takes the necessary actions, and identifies the areas of development on the way to realising the objectives,
  • He is responsible for reporting, analyses and related communications required by the management teams within Digitürk and beIN Media Group,
  • Manages the local project leadership of relevant global HR projects within beIN Media Group,
  • Manages recruitment and talent management agendas for managers and above.
  • Follows both local and international human resources practices and designs, structures, implements and monitors the effectiveness of innovative perspectives in line with the needs of the company,
  • Initiates and manages measurement, analysis, efficiency and development activities to ensure that recruitment and talent management processes are always better and more efficient,
  • Determines the content and scope of the business partnerships needed in recruitment and talent management processes, manages the process with the offers to be received, company selection and evaluations.
  • It shares the non-conformities and risks it sees with the relevant units.

Completed, Exempt
