QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduated from Civil Engineering departments
• Knowledge of English in advanced level (Reading, Writing and Speaking ; At a level where advanced online meetings can be held with foreign employer representatives .)
• Experience on site for at least 5 year not including intern time
• Knowledge of BOQ, Cost Analysis and Proposal
• Have an excellent usage of related computer programmes (MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Word)
• Experience in reading and creating specifications for construction and architectural projects (preferably on OBO and USACE projects)
• Completion of Military Duties
• Residing in İzmir or willing to reside

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing a detailed BOQ related to the project subject through the tender files in any file format (pdf, dwg shared in English
• Prepare a detailed measurement of materials and labor needed to complete a construction project
• Examining the tender dossiers in English, reading the administrative and technical specifications)
• Get price offers for all inputs (material, labor, and overhead) to be used in the price analysis of the works within the scope of the tender, either in writing or through online interviews.  Making online meetings with foreign company officials .)
