Qualifications:

• Preferably associate degree and bachelor's degree,
• Good command of English
• Prone to teamwork and persuasion, high communication skills
• Ability to answer patient questions
• To be able to plan and report
• To ensure coordination between related units.

• Job description:

• To manage the postoperative follow-up of patients.
• Providing comprehensive information to patients about postoperative procedures and expectations.
• Collecting feedback from patients and ensuring their satisfaction with postoperative care.
• Conducting satisfaction surveys with patients, evaluating the results, and creating reports.
• To take necessary steps to increase patient satisfaction.
