We are looking for Purchasing Manager to be a part of Purchasing and Resource Development Team at our factory located in Ankara Sincan Organized Industrial Zone.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from Engineering Departments,
• 12+ years of purchasing experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector,
• Proven track record managing bidding process and contracts,
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement system changes and monitoring,
• Strong negotiation and anaysis skills,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong leadership and team management skills, 
• Proficient in ERP and MS Office,
• C1 Level of English skills,
• Having a Driver's Licence and no obstacle to travel,
• Being located in Ankara,

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Purchasing all materials and services required to ensure the continuity of the material production of the company from domestic and foreign suppliers at the highest possible quality on time, at favourable prices and payment terms,
• Conducting supplier researches and market analysis in order to meet purchasing demands,
• Developing purchasing strategies and improving business processes,
• Optimisation of the supply chain from the beginning to the end,
• Continuous monitoring of cost, stock, quality and deficiency data for optimal utilisation of financial resources,
• Meeting non-production material service demands under the best possible conditions,
• Execution of the processes between Erkunt Tractor and its suppliers in accordance with company targets,
