Job Description

• Develop and maintain inventory replenishment strategies based on production schedules and lead times,
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excesses, and take corrective actions,
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries,
• Implement just-in-time (JIT) principles to minimize excess inventory,
• Track inventory performance metrics such as turnover ratio, days-on-hand, and stockouts,
• Implement safety stock policies to mitigate supply chain disruptions,
• Monitor and manage inventory value to align with financial targets,
• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess,
• Ensure high service levels by meeting demand needs promptly,
• Continuously improve supply chain flow to reduce lead times and enhance responsiveness.

General Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is necessary,
• Proven work experience as an Inventory Planner Specialist or in a similar role multi-national  company,
• Experience in the medical device industry will be a plus,
• Solid understanding of inventory strategies and supply chain management,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications, Experience with any ERP is must (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Ability to analyze complex supply chain scenarios and propose effective solutions,
• Essential for accurate inventory tracking and optimization,
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics.
