QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This full-time position as a Technical Sales Support Specialist at Euro Kimya is based in Eskisehir. As Euro Kimya, Turkey's leading supplier of specialty solutions for various ceramic industries, belonging to Zschimmer & Schwarz Group, we deliver high-value-added, functional solutions to a great number of sectors. 


Euro Kimya draws on its understanding of applications, technological knowledge and expertise in material science.

Responsibilities include:

 

- Providing technical support for Euro Kimya’s products, primarily chemicals used in ceramic sanitaryware and tableware production, to current and prospective customers.

- Conducting product laboratory trials, start-ups, and launches at customer facilities.

- Tracking customer demands, requests, and satisfaction through regular visits, particularly domestically.

- Offering products to current and potential customers based on their needs, following up on and reporting on laboratory and production trials/tests, and performing these tasks if necessary.

- Promoting new products to existing and potential customers and evaluating their market potential.

- Monitoring customer product usage post-purchase and providing technical support as needed.

- Observing competitor activities and products to identify opportunities where Euro Kimya can add value for customers.

- Preparing periodic reports for management and proposing new ideas and strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor of Science degree.

- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

- Experience in R&D and preparation departments of the ceramic industry, preferably in sanitaryware.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Team-oriented.

- Ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

- Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.

- Self-driven professional with an autonomous, structured work approach.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Eskisehir.

- Active driver with a class B license.

- Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.
