F&B Coordinator

This position is concerned with supporting and coordinating the F&B administration, front of the house and back of the house operation.

Main Duties:

• Monitor guest satisfaction survey results and comments about the total F&B operation of the hotel.
• Prepare corrective / preventive documentation and maintain coordination between the venues and the F&B office. Follow up the implementation of the actions to be taken to improve the F&B operation in the venues.
• Support the venue managers in maintaining service standards on an operational level and follow up the successful implementation of them by experiencing the services and products provided.
• Assist on preparing the budget and strategic plans for the F&B department
• Analyze P&L results of F&B and follows up possible corrective actions to achieve the forecasted financial figures.
• Assist the Director of F&B and Venues Manager in the planning and execution of special events and projects.
• Assist the Director of F&B and Venues Manager in the F&B administration and planning to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Act as a positive, contributing member within the hotel management, encouraging communication, cooperation and assistance among all staff.
• According to business requirement, support smooth running of the venue operation.
• Participate in the monthly and daily Food & Beverage meetings and any other meetings as advised.
• Follow up special surveys in the operation and prepare the reports according to those results.
• Perform on the other duties assigned by his/her Team leader.
