For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Production Engineer for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans and implements concepts for the implementation of NPI/AEP projects,
• Releases requirement and functional specifications for equipment and production concepts,
• Plans and designs workstations using appropriate Lean Manufacturing methods (e.g. MTM, EAWS),
• Decision-making and escalation rights for all production and cost-relevant decisions,
• Cooperates in the determination of the scope of maintenance,
• Introduces and implements measures to achieve the agreed product costs and productivity targets,
• Plans and implements measures to achieve the objectives of NPI and product life cycle projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,
• 3-5 years of professional experience,
• Excellent command of English is required,
• Team-player, pro-active and solution-oriented way of working,
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SAP.
• Experience in lean manufacturing is a plus
