• Experienced in a similar position in the automotive sector,
• Proficient in English (knowledge of a second language is preferred),
• Proficient in using MS Office applications,
• Knowledgeable in SAP,
• Team player,
• Strong negotiation and communication skills,

• Having a class B driver license and being able to drive actively,
• No travel restrictions.

Job Description

• Regularly conducting demand and supply market analysis related to the responsible categories, forming procurement strategies, and preparing and implementing relevant action plans.
• Conducting procurement processes across all purchasing categories, especially the relevant category, in line with strategic procurement principles.
• Ensuring coordination of procurement/supply operations related to the relevant category in all countries.
• Periodically conducting spending analyses by category and reporting to management.
• Researching procurement opportunities to create cost and quality advantages, and generating recommendations.
• Leading negotiations and selection of suppliers on behalf of group operations.
• Managing the definition, measurement, and improvement of category-specific performance reports, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Managing all procurement processes related to the category.
• Managing risks in the procurement process for the relevant category and finding alternative solutions.
• Developing and improving the supplier portfolio, managing the optimization of the approved supplier list.
• Conducting supplier consolidation and spending analysis to increase efficiency in the relevant procurement category.
• Experienced in rubber, painted, and chrome-plated plastic parts.
• Conducting value engineering and cost studies.
• Guiding business units in product development and services to be procured.
• Conducting trend, technical, and market analysis of economic data and key raw materials within the scope and monitoring the market.
