To be employed at the Turkish sales office  of  a  successful  and reputable multinational  manufacturer. Please note:  location is in Kadıköy and there is no company shuttle, ONLY English CV's will be evaluated

The candidate should have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in related position (sales support-stock management-customer service-inside sales-order entry etc)
  
• Good command of English, mininum level of Intermediate is a MUST
• Good command of Microsoft Office as well as ERP programs
• Good organisational, analytical and problem solving skills and flexibility
  
• Hard working, disciplined, quick learning, careful and meticulous
• Should be proactive with a customer oriented mind
  
• Should have the military service  completed (for male candidates)

The Job:

• Insert customer orders and organise the shipments of orders on time, answer customer requests
• Follow up  stocks at the warehouse and update minimum stocks regularly 
• Place supplier orders and organise shipments according to the stock levels and customer orders
• Communicate with customers for their orders and forecasts, be able to offer a solution incase of any problem
  
• Check logistics costs and find cost effective solutions for the shipments
  
• Prepare monthly reports
