We are looking for a "Opex Engineer" on behalf of our global scale energy solutions business partner located in Ankara, for whom we provide consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with engineering discipline,
• Experienced in 5S, Kanban, value stream mapping, and machine efficiency,
• Fluency in English (written and verbal),
• Possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and is inclined towards teamwork. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage in process standardization, Gemba walks, workforce strategy, daily accountability, process checks, and continuous improvement initiatives for everyone.
• Coordinate and guide value stream mapping (VSM) between factories.
• Identify the best strategies to reduce non-value-added activities between factories.
• Utilize change management techniques such as ADKAR to effectively drive and sustain process improvements.
• Support the acquisition and recertification processes for ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc.
• Experienced in 5S, Kanban, value stream mapping, and machine efficiency.
• Balance assembly lines, design lean layouts, and manage new product launch processes.
• Monitor performance and continuous improvement (CI) plans for each facility, participate in regular reviews, and recommend improvement solutions as needed.
• Participate in and manage CI meetings.
• Contribute to cost-saving and time-saving initiatives.
