Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Department and take an initiative in the whole Sales and Logistic processes,
Responsible for sales order follow-up, report statistics,
Assist in order management, including following up production process, delivery time, delivery process, payment, data entry and statistics,
Responsible for working in harmony with the logistics unit in terms of the product delivery planning with the factory, informing the customer,
Responsible for promoting the operation of sales projects, coordinating and supporting the sales of products and solutions,
Responsible for maintaining and promoting customer relations, and promoting the final completion and implementation of sales orders,
Responsible for the customer reception, according to the actual situation and needs, responsible for related customer visits, local implementation of projects, exhibitions and other business trips,
Responsible for collecting, sorting and analyzing customer and market information,
Responsible for appointment scheduling with C-Level customers,
Ensuring coordination between our overseas head office and forwarders and customs agencies,
To provide the necessary documentation for import and export and to make the necessary controls,
Prepare relevant Sales reports
Other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related majors,
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in both Logistic and Sales Support positions,
Proficiency in English: both written & verbal,
Having knowledge of digital banking, payment systems and banking services,
Strong organizational, coordinating and communication skills,
Experience about negotiation and dealing skills with financial segment customers will be prefered,
Good prioritizing workload, multi-tasking, and having solving attention to details and problem-solving skills,
Good command of Microsoft Office programs, in particular MS Excel.
Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
