• University degree
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement in the purchasing department
• Competent in MS Office and SAP ERP System
• Good command of English,
• Result-oriented and proactive

Job Description

• Opening orders material requests from demand planning department, to ensure that their shipments take place on time
• Purchasing important raw material like sugar and glucose according to their purchasing plan and stocks in the stores. İn necessary case signing the contract, cooperating, and ensuring that shipments of materials take place on the scheduled dates.
• Preparation the contracts according to the data sent from Rigo Trading of the main raw materials such as Gelatine, Dextrose, Citric acid, Making the shipment tracking table for the contracts and following the shipment. 
• To follow up the imports in coordination with the import chief, opening the raw materials orders, providing the transportation official document to customs broker, doing customs clearance to incoming material and to ensure the shipments to the Warehouse as soon as possible.
• Following up quality system’s documents, conducting the procedure, helping the Purchasing Manager for supplier reviews
• Following and publishing the necessary control documents, checking, and following the health certificates for export criteria
