FINANCIAL AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Financial Affairs Director for Hera Entertainment and our group companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Economics, Accounting, Finance etc).
• 10 years of experience within a multinational company,
• Proficiency in all loan transactions, current transactions and price negotiations with financial institutions,
• Experienced in cash flow management, balance sheet and financial statement analysis and financial management reporting,
• To represent the corporation in the best way with regard to 3rd parties,
• Will be able to make effective financial planning, create and follow up appropriately sourced   funds,
• Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills,
• The wide perspective of both from the business side and financial aspects,
• Good understanding of accounting, budgeting, financial modeling,
• Ability to deal with top management and coordinate between teams,
• Having knowledge of general accounting legislation and practices, following up-to-date changes regularly,
• Strong inter-personal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing,
• Analytical thinking, data-driven and result oriented with an eye for detail
• Advanced Excel modeling, SAP and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Ability to manage stress and time well
• Solid understanding of P&L, variance analysis and R&O, with proven ability to generate, represent, communicate and discuss insights as well as to work in a diverse cultural environment and practice curiosity.
• Strong business acumen and exposure to business topics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the financial and administrative processes of all group companies,
• Ensuring that financial affairs are conducted within the framework of legal legislation,
• Leading the team to achieve targets and develop the staff,
• Managing credit processes by negotiating with banks,
• Preparing and follow-up of cash flow reports,
• Estimating and preparing monthly and annual budgets,
• Managing investments and making decisions regarding liquidity,
• Preparing workflow reports,
• Ensuring timely completion of all reporting and conducting necessary checks,
• Managing all processes related to the establishment of branches abroad.
