QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to be employed in the factory of a corporate customer with foreign capital, which operates internationally in the metal industry and is a leader in the sector. 

  • Bachelor’s degree the Labor Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or related Engineering departments of universities
  • Professional knowledge English is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Experience in Human Resources department in the production field,
  • Experience of Human Resources management systems, industrial relations and organizational development for at least 10 years and team management
  • Experience in handling human resources documentation, legal legislation and labor law,
  • Competent in interpreting psycho-technical tools and tests and familiar with assessment center practices,

All candidates must reside or be able to reside in the Çorlu-Ergene-Çerkezköy-Kapaklı-Saray region. 

Responsibilities 

  1. Ensure that all HR processes such as selection and placement, performance and bonus management system, training management, career management, salary and benefit practices, employee satisfaction and employee-oriented practices, discipline system, personnel affairs and payroll are carried out efficiently,
  2. Work in coordination with department managers to work to increase employee motivation,
  3. Ensure the implementation of practices and programs aimed at strengthening communication, motivation and teamwork within the scope of Human Resources practices,
  4. Make annual personnel plans and ensuring their monthly follow-up,
  5. Plan and implement leadership programs for different management groups,
  6. Manage training needs analysis and preparing the training budget,
  7. Implement of evaluation center practices,
  8. Create the salary budget and analyze market salary researchs.
