Main responsibilities:

• ITT, Toll Collection, Motorway and Bridge IT systems to operate network and databases, to ensure safety.

• Manage maintenance and control activities in accordance with daily, weekly, monthly, three months, six months and annual maintenance and inspection plans.

• To inform the relevant persons in writing and follow the post-notification processes.

Duties:

• Providing maintenance and support services of the following systems:

o Toll Collection Equipment Servers, Computers and Network Equipment in Lanes, Plazas, and remote ramps,

o ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), SCADA and TCS (Toll Collection System) Communication Network,

o Intertoll office servers, computers, printers, and network,

o Maintenance of Toll Department Databases,

o Network/Domain administration,

• Supporting end users,

• IT Network Infrastructure Installation and Repair Works,

• Management of the preparation process of monthly, three months, six months, annual, and other periodic reports,

• To perform other duties allocated by Superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology industry

• Hardware and Network knowledge

• Experienced in managing Active Network devices. (Those who have CCNA Certificate will be prioritized)

• Experienced in managing Windows Active Directory Services, DNS, and related services.

• Experienced in using iLO / DRAC / KVMoIP

• Proficient in the processes of installation, configuration and problem solving of Windows servers.

• Experienced in Virtualization Platforms, Backup, Archiving

• Strong communication skills, open to teamwork and knowledge sharing

• Emphasis on continuous technical improvement

• Knowledge of HelpDesk systems and processes

• Ability to work attentively and detail oriented.

• Have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• B2 level or higher knowledge of English

• Completed military service (for male candidates)
