Job description:

Our Product and Technology Department is in charge of design, development and validation of our new products and technologies. Besides designing components or products this position will also deal with modelling and drawing of the design on CAD software as a draftsperson. He / She will be located in our Izmir plant and will work with both local and global Product and Technology teams.

Which will be your main duties?

• Directly reporting to both our local P&T Manager in Izmir and working closely with our team in Spain you will mainly carry on below task:
• Design, model in 3D and draw in 2D the components in new projects and in mass production as required.
• Create and release part numbers and product codes on PLM Software.
• Revise, update and manage changes on PLM accordingly.
• Provide support to Production and Purchasing in their CAD needs.
• Team up with your colleagues in all the cross functions to provide a smooth transition of the development projects to serial production.
• Prepare assembly instructions and related documentation for both in-house production and technical service team.

Which kind of profile are we looking for?

• University Degree in Engineering or Technical College Degree in Mechanical Design.
• Advanced English level both written & spoken.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Design
• Good experience in 3D-CAD Software and PLM (Teamcenter preferred)
• Able to understand and create technical drawings and specifications.
