QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a ‘Compensation and Benefits Supervisor’ reporting to HR and Shared Functions Manager, for our company which produces aircraft engine parts in Aegean Free Zone, Izmir.
Who We Are?
Kale Pratt & Whitney was founded with a 51% Kale Group and 49% Pratt & Whitney partnership which is a division of Raytheon Technologies. Its main field of activity is the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts and subassembly groups. Kale Pratt & Whitney has a total of 16.250 m2 facilities in Aegean Free Zone; the company is one of the leading aerospace companies in Turkey and the manufacturing processes are among the most prestigious manufacturing technologies in Europe. Also manufactured in the same facilities are the hi-tech parts of NGPF model, which is the new generation commercial engine of Pratt & Whitney.
What We Are Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Economics, Business Administration, MBA or Master Degree will be an asset,
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in HR Department including at least 6 years in C&B,
- Having knowledge in Industrial Relations, Labor Law and Legislation,
- Experienced in SAP HR Module,
- Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues,
- Highly effective reporting, presentation and time management skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Processing payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, local incentives, and employee benefits,
- Managing headcount and HR department budget and forecasting activities,
- Participating in C&B processes including salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction,
- Preparing periodical reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, cost analysis, and recommendations for improvement,
- Ensuring that the decisions taken in the disciplinary committee are implemented, carried out in accordance with legal regulations and workplace rules,
- Making legal and official notifications regarding SGK, İŞKUR, Ministry of Labor and other official institutions,
- Managing the end-to-end process for employee exits, including final settlements,
- Following up all market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards.
