Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end test automation processes in software projects,
• Preparing and implementing detailed test strategies, plans, and scenarios,
• Designing, developing, and optimizing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium),
• Ensuring the integration of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes with test automation,
• Automating and managing performance, load, and security testing,
• Preparing and managing test data,
• Detailed analysis of test results, creating bug reports, and developing solution proposals,
• Continuously improving test processes and applying new technologies,
• Collaborating closely with software development and operations teams to enhance software quality standards,
• Managing, mentoring, and providing training to test automation teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields,
• At least 10 years of experience in software test automation and manual testing processes,
• Advanced knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Robot Framework, Playwright, Maestro,
• Advanced experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others,
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, and knowledge of integrating these tools with test automation,
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes,
• Experience in REST API and SOAP API test automation,
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN),
• Familiarity and experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proven leadership and team management skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English,
• Experience with performance testing tools or libraries such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust or similar,
• Experience in mobile application test automation (iOS and Android).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of security testing and automating these tests,
• Holding ISTQB Advanced Level or Test Manager certifications,
• Experience working on large-scale and complex software projects,
• Experience in test automation on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
