Project Manager

Libart designs and fabricates unique operable architectural systems for projects around the world.   Libart’s headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Beylikdüzü – Istanbul. Libart systems are also Manufactured & Designed in the USA, UAE and India.  With distributors in over 40+ countries.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering),
• Minimum 5-year experience in, aluminum, façade and metal system design, fabrication, project management and installation experience. International experience is a plus
• Must have good knowledge of project planning, inclusive of ERP & MS Project or similar. PMP certificate is a plus.
• Candidate must be a leader by example, a good negotiator and have conflict management & strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication is essential and any experience with sales would be an additional benefit.
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
  
• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates.
• Must be free to travel internationally (short term site visits).
• Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü – Istanbul.
  

Job Description:

• Manage multiple projects (locally & internationally) within designated budget and time frame.
  
  
• Manage project from Sales, through Design and Manufacturing to site installation and service if needed.
  
  
• Communicate with customers/dealers for an excellent customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Take active role in short term site visits for inspection and project completion procedures.
  
  
• Organize service & manpower needs for Libart Dealers and Projects locally and internationally.
  
  
• Support customers/dealers for any service & spare parts needs.
  
  
• Must be well versed in internationally accepted design standards, installation techniques, method statements, internationally accepted site and building documentation standards, inclusive of As Built and site delivery procedures.
