Our journey, which spans nearly a century, began with a weaving facility established by the Öğücü family in 1930. By the early 2000s, we had experienced continuous growth, becoming one of Turkey’s largest integrated yarn facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, master degree is preferred,
• Minimum 3-5  years of experience in HR process  in production, FMCG etc
• Drive all HR processes within responsible accounts (recruitment, performance management, engagement survey etc.),
• Good command of MS Office Programs,
• Take ownership and drive of HR processes with a high level of attention and take action quickly,
• Strong organization, communication skills and being a good team player,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities,

Job Desciription

• Providing field execution support in terms of organizational development implementations (recruitment, talent management, performance management and all employee engagement related processes)
• As a Talent Acquisition partner, plan & execute recruitment activities for all levels of positions
• Working with department managers to identify department-specific organizational needs and take necessary actions,
• Experience with creating, analyzing reports, drawing conclusions and presenting them to different management levels
