Key job responsibilities

• Work from creative briefs alongside key stakeholders to develop executions for digital marketing activities.
• Create best-in-class visuals and animations that support and reinforce business objectives while partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that designs meet brand and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging design trends and digital innovations into creative and marketing strategies.
• Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers.
• Quickly turn around detailed comps/mockups in an iterative environment.
• Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
• Work cross-team, lead the design process, and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual and video communication, a deep understanding of typography, color, print, and digital executions, and great user-centered design solutions.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in visual design.
• Experience in designing motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of vector illustration production.
• Strong time management skills in a fast paced environment and the ability to be self-directed as needed.
• Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects.
• Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related design and video production software.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as visual communications or graphic design.

• Proficiency in storytelling to create inspiring video flows.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert understanding of the web production process; familiarity with post-production retouching and a working knowledge of the printing process.
• Design experience in a retail business.
