Martas Automotive is a leader sales, marketing and distribution company which has been operating in theautomotive spareparts aftermarket on passenger, light& heavy commercial vehicle groups for 44 years.

We are looking for Export Sales Responsible for the regions of MEA,Europe ,Far Eastand Russian SpeakingCountries.

The ideal candidates are required to have the following qualifications

General Qualifications

  • University degree in related fields
  • Experience in automotive sector (preferable)
  • Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively
  • Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
  • Effective organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills
  • Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes
  • Knowledge about international trade laws
  • Fluency in English is a must , but depending on the regionsFrench, Arabicand Russianlanguages are required as well.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Description

  • Helps identify and lead interactions with assigned group of customers to resolve sales opportunities
  •  Participates in resolving problems and ensuring customers to receive high quality service
  • With minimal mentorship, develops client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
  •  Reviews and reports on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends
  • Independently handles complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Answers questions from clients
  • Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Makes product appeal to the target market
  • Makes sure that all sales people meet quota during a given period
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned.
