QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Company Overview: Our dairy factory prides itself on producing high-quality dairy products sourced exclusively from local farmers. With 26 milk collection centres under our operation, we ensure that the cows are pasture-raised and free-roaming, guaranteeing the freshest and most natural milk. Our commitment to the community has positively impacted over 2,000 families. Our products are made from fresh milk without any preservatives, ensuring an authentic taste and quality.

Position Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our dairy products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and timelines.

Brand Management:

  • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand image and positioning in the market.
  • Develop and execute brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media and online advertising.
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and manage the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media and blogs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.

Promotions and Events:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, discounts, and special offers.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to promote the company’s products.
  • Manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Oversee the management of customer databases and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve products and services.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI for the General Manager and senior leadership team.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual development plans for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the dairy or food industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment:
