KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Management:

Coordinate the organization and management functions of all areas within the Food & Beverage department.Ensure that all data and reports related to Food & Beverage are timely delivered to the relevant departments of the business.Plan and implement business procedures and performance standards to ensure Mola Istanbul standards.Budgeting and Cost Calculations.Participate in the preparation of the annual work plan, marketing, and sales plans.Closely monitor the profitability of all Food & Beverage units, assist in providing solutions to issues, and take corrective measures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Flexible, quality-focused, impressive, entrepreneurial, creative, managerial, goal-oriented, crisis management, culturally sensitive, with personal attributes such as successful human relations, service-oriented, corporate commitment, team building.Open to innovation, developmental, entrepreneurial management; goal setting, information management, motivating, planning/organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making, strategic thinking.Proficient in English, preferably with a second foreign language, knowledgeable in MS OFFICE, ELEKTRA, FIDELIO, and MICROS applications, with international knowledge in marketing and finance.
