QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable universities/faculties in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
• Having 15 years or more of experience in independent auditing and/or internal auditing in corporate companies.
• Preferably having CIA, CRMA, CISA, CFE and/or SMMM certifications.
• Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of international internal audit professional practice standards and ethical rules.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to be organized, follower, analyze data and strong reporting
• Skills in business planning and time management
• Being able to adapt to the stressful work environment and flexible working hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develops, implements, and continuously improves the company’s internal audit strategy. Aligns internal audit activities with the overall strategic objectives of the company.
• Identifies, assesses, and manages potential risks facing the company. Play an active role in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
• Periodically reviews the company’s internal control systems and assesses their effectiveness. Identifies internal control deficiencies and recommends corrective actions.
• Audits the company’s adherence to legal regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Provides recommendations to enhance compliance processes and ensures the implementation of these recommendations.
• Develops and executes annual audit plans. Ensures audit programs are completed timely and effectively.
• Provides regular reports to senior management and the audit committee on audit findings, risks, and recommendations. Ensures internal audit reports are clear, concise, and timely.
• Makes continuous improvement suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Conducts necessary audits and analyses to optimize the company's operational processes.
• Maintains effective communication and collaboration with senior management and 3rd party corporations. Works in coordination with different departments.
• Utilizes the latest technology and methodologies in audit processes. Evaluates the adequacy of the company’s technology infrastructure from an audit perspective and provides improvement recommendations.
