Job Description

• Managing the stores recruitment processes end-to-end in coordination work with  Area Manager and HRBP team to develop recruitment processes
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to initial candidate assessments to interviews, onboarding and offer procesess, etc.
• Developing  and implementing effective stores recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas
• Taking a role on publish of job posting in job boards, social media platforms
• Taking a role on preparing monthly and periodic recruitment activity reports and statistics
• Increasing the quality of candidate experience by identifying process development opportunities, conducti research on new resources to be used in the recruitment process
• Actively participating in employer branding activities and project on talent acquisition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in recruitment is required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Preferably with a good command of English,
• Proactive, result-oriented, strong communication skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills.
