The Elysium Hotels, The Elysium Styles and Doubletree By Hilton Piyalepaşa hotels, which are part of Ofton Tourism, whose main principle is to fill the world with the light and warmth of hospitality by providing extraordinary experiences to every guest in every hotel, always keep their guests at the center of their business and do the job in the best way possible. We are looking for teammates with the following qualifications to be assigned to the position of "Cluster Revenue and Reservations Manager'', which we believe is necessary.

Minimum university graduate,

   Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position,

   fluency in English,

   Have knowledge of OnQ

   Ability to remain calm and polite,

   Able to focus attention on details, organize, prioritize and follow up,

   Having good computer knowledge,

   A good team player, able to work well with other departments and colleagues,

   Ability to develop a positive relationship with all guests and customers

   Creative, innovative and constantly striving for improvement,

   Ability to lead teams and motivate employees,

   Strong communication skills,

   Have analytical skills,

   Knowledgeable about budget preparation,

   Reporting ability

   Ability to communicate well with B2B and B2C people

   Good skill use of a Channel manager

   Analyzes end-of-period and other available system data to identify trends, future periods of need, and barriers to achieving goals.

   It produces updates to the temporary segment in each period.
