Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 platforms,
• Monitor, backup, and restoration procedures for Exchange, Sharepoint and OneDrive platforms,
• Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls to ensure network security,
• Ensure Information Security Management according to ISO 27001 standard and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK 5651),
• Standardize the selection, planning, delivery, maintenance, and overall lifecycle of IT services within a business according to ITIL best practices
• Always contribute to LAN/WAN network uptime and security as well as timely resolution of operational issues,
• Define software and hardware standards for personal computers,
• Manage the inventory such as personal computers, monitors, peripheral devices, software and licenses,
• Perform the installation, repair, preventative maintenance and troubleshoot of personal computer and related systems,
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisition and upgrades,
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences and troubleshoot their problems,
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends,
• Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft 365,
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure,
• Preferably certified in Microsoft Technologies,
• Proven experience in end-user support or customer service,
• Knowledge of managing and configuring firewalls,
• Preferably ITIL Knowledge in Processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management) and Tools,
• Paying attention to documentation and reporting,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must, since there will be active communication with global team members.
